for gcb's - under 15,000 sq ft, non-citizens need to apply ... MAY be given on case-by-case basis ... i don't think foreigners are allowed ... i know a number of PR's with substantial investments here whose applications for buying gcb's were rejected ... reasons unknown ... over 15,000 sq ft, citizens only ... no idea abt the investment co. route ...
