Yep, been Desa Park a few times, really nice environment but the traffic going to & from is a disaster, that's the problem with Malaysia. The road/town planning ends within it's enclave & they don't maintain the public roads. 400% is jawdropping return over a short period I suppose?

Looked at that car some years back. Was 125k, then 145k, and now this. Plain stupid pricing on a crappy engined base model long nose. Just because it's on local plates. As I said before, the air cooled market had gone mental. That was my old 348 and it's a TS mate with color coded roof. Went from red (original color) to yellow and then now to blue. The current owner did a full respray and interior retrim in cream. It looks gorgeous now actually.
That's why to me I can't go back to apartments. I need the space and ability to pop out and look at my cars any time I feel like it. And at 9mio, one can get a very nice small landed property.

Lovely but Harold, is blue the original colour for you 348? You should've bought the 912 & take it out of it's misery How I wish! That's the desirable part, not many sports cars left on regular plate from that era & it wears an E plate which is probably worth $10K on it's own. I actually brokered the sale once between friends long ago & this red 912 went to & from the same owner 3X! There's another silver '70s 911S asking for S$250K. Might be correct if you see what it's worth now in UK after adding the 120% tax should you import one but on classic plate. Like what Harold said, some aircools have gone through the roof but it takes a diehard to go for them. Still, 1/4million buys you a lot of cars.
