Shouting the loudest does not make your opinion the best or the right one. Its just that - an opinion.

I personally do not like altering the looks of my cars or making modifications from how they come from the factory, but each to their own. 18 orders is not bad at all. So clearly these 18 like it.

Capristo is bringing out a product. Give them feedback that its not to your taste and why or how it could be improved it you have a suggestion, but telling them they are downright wrong essentially to try to attempt something they want to do is a little harsh.

You guys still love Ferrari right? Eric Claptons car - most of us probably didnt like the its shape etc, but did were so vocal about it to Ferrari. If Ferrari themselves can make such a monstrosity for someone (in most peoples eyes) - why can other people not attempt to make it different however they wish? Surely the brand Ferrari itself has played too much with its own design that so many of us believe in like a religion...so should we not be charging at Ferraris throats for the same thing?

While I predict I won't be a fan of this window before seeing it in real life, I applause Capristo for making the huge effort to see if it would work.

Well Antonio/Capristo is not expecting you to pay for it if you do not like it - just do not take up the product.

 

That is the nice thing about this whole story, that everyone can do or not do what he wants. I think the sense of this thread is to hear opinions, and it looks like that there are some who like it and some don't. But it should not go so far that it becomes are reason to fight. This exchange of opinion is supposed to be fun. I'm thankful not only for positive but also for negative opinions, as these negative opinions help us in improving our product. But please do not say you don't like it because "I see plastic parts" or "I don't see the engine", but tell me how you find the design as a whole. For me it is not about finding out if someone wants to change his Ferrari or not. It is about finding out if this design is appealing. Of course there are people who would not change their car. But is seems there are a lot of people who are ready to make a change. If it were not so, then all tuning companies in this world would go bankcrupt.

At the moment, it looks that 98% of those people who saw this hood, find it good. The other 2% are have a negative opinion about this. But I'm wondering that these 2% are located on public forums. So I ask myself why this is so, that in forums there are users who not just say their opinion about the product, but that they also attack the product.

This sentence came from Ferrari itself. Translate it yourself, then you will know what Ferrari thinks about it.

In another email, this was said:
