After a stressful day, cutting a fat check to get out a car, asides from my beautiful fam to come home to, highlight is my dealer wants my F12 spec.

Yes, no allocation quite yet but when they get em, my spec is in their hands ready to submit.

So... Let the indecisiveness begin. White? Yellow? Black? Red? Hmmmm

    Congratz on your order !!

If it was me I'd go with rosso berlinetta, rosso calipers, LED steering wheel, as well as all the CF available for the interior

I'd go with cuoio interior, because even though it is a really fast car it is still a gentleman car IMHO, and cuoio fits it perfectly...

Remember it is all just my opinion, and the car is gonna be YOURS so order it the way YOU want it, not the way other people want it!

Have lots of fun when the car arrives :)

Rosso berlinetta is that red on the factory car floating around So-Cal i believe. Its also cuoio interior.

I predominantly lean towards black interior. I also prefer tan over cuoio if i opt for "gentleman" look.

I got till next week to Youtube n google to see examples :)

Looks brighter in this pic. Isn't Rosso Berlinetta somewhat darker/deeper?

The Rosso Maranello is a new shade of red that starts with F12?

Mugello is Daaaark red rite? Fiorano... Is that 3 layer red? And Fuoco?

    Matte aluminum, make it easy!

If you do this you must have a red interior IMO

I despise red interiors. Just my taste. No tone in text, not one of the Fchat drama setters. ;)

I favor black int. but on aluminum, maybe the navy blue or charcoal wit light grey stitchin.

Beautiful car, Bennett. Is that the color you would recommend? What color is your demo going to be?

I think the blue would be really cool too. I personally like a color on the interior when the exterior is silver.

Let's just talk exterior color. I suggest thinking about what kind of aura or "look" you want to have. That will help you get into the right color "universe." For example:
    Reds are sporty
Blacks and dark blues are formal
Grays and silvers convey a high tech aura

    Now for my biases:
The very dark colors including black mask the intricate sculpture of the car. They leave the basic form and outline, which is very traditional. If you want to have your eye and others appreciate all of the design features on the car, don't go too dark. Maybe TDF Blue is about as dark as one should go.

At the other extreme, I think that white and very light colors tend to make the car look bigger than it really is (it is only 3 1/2 inches longer than a 458).

I have not seen a yellow one, but I don't like the way the car looks in yellow photos.

I did see the Rosso Berlinetta one both outdoors in clouds and inside under bright lights. I thought it was breathtaking. Under bright lights it has an orangey hue almost like Rosso Scuderia, but with much metal and the depth of the three-layer. Under cloudy conditions, it darkens and appears more like Corsa. I understand the cost issue but paint is the one thing that will hit you between the eyes every day you own it. It is a knock out.

Rosso Maranello is another costly three-layer that is more of a cherry-red. It looks great on the mid engine cars. Fiorano is another sparkly red to consider. Moving to the darker or "wine" reds such as Mugello or Fuoco will make it more formal and less sporty than the traditional reds Corsa or Scuderia or the Rosso Berlinetta. That is something to consider.

Among the grays and silvers there are several nice choices. I haven't seen photos of a Silverstone, but I would guess it would be about as dark as one would want to go, if not too dark. The matte aluminum looks great in photos but it will drive you nuts as well as cost a bundle.

To go back to the beginning, I suggest starting with the kind of "look" you want the car to have to help narrow your options.

In any event, congratulations on your choice. I hope you get it as soon as possible and enjoy it in good health.

    Hope this helps.

Yes thank u. I definitely agree on the point that black or dark colors take away from lines of the car.

Colors to potray a "classy" look imo are, Silverstone, TDF, n i actually include Rosso Maranello n the other darker reds hear as well.

White, yellow, silver, scuderia, corsa, i see as very exotic sports car look. They excentuate the detail very well too.

I dunno, im all over the place... As usual when having to choose a spec. :)

For me it would be silver or grigio titanio with bordeaux interior I had a 550 in that spec and I adored it, swapped it for a black 575 and lost all the forms and details. as others have said just my opinion. Whatever you choose you will have a wonderful car.

Silver did cross my mind too. Dealer suggested against sayin silver cars r tougher to move later. I like the matte silver tho. Dont need any CF that way cuz all stock components match the aluminum. I find myself justifying it that way. :)

Mr. Anderson I am not sure on the color yet, I am working on a blu pozzi right now that I think could be a wonderful color on this car. I really have not spent a lot of time with the car yet, only maybe 30 minutes in Maranello. When I was over their all I saw where the new rosso and then bianco avus and Nero. The last two for but a second as they flew by. A setup like our FF demo Rosso Maranello over Cuoio Toscano could be very nice though. We will see I am excited to have a new car to be working with.
