That's a good way of putting it. I can't bring myself to sit in the Army's Ford OUV with those limiters.. And the Agera R would be pushing S$5mil
Love those Fuchs and BBS rims! IIRC, Porsche Exclusive offered similar Fuchs wheels on the retro 911 Sport Classic.
Hey guys after all the tickling which would you think is a car to have? Did a bit of shopping & found these. All under £30K while a good Healey can cost almost double that while khamsin is about £50K but fully rebuilt. I never had a Maserati & the Bertone, Giugiaro is one of my fav designer. Not sure about their reliability+maintenance as they are Citroen era cars. The 308 everyone knows about. Easy to maintain, easy to resell but I already have 3 Ferraris. The Healey, now the first gen are eligible for Mille Miglia but getting the Fiva passport etc will be a pain so most likely some fun motoring & the windscreen folds down as well. 4 speeds only while the last, 3000Mk3 Big Healeys are quite nice. A bit Corvette looking & all offers open top, very competitive car as well. Lastly, perhaps another E-type but an early coupe now. They look damn sexy with the covered headlamps. Maserati Khamsin, 435 made & only 74 RHD. 4.9 V8 front engine Maserati Merak, found the later SS model. 3.0V6 mid engine. Ferrari 308GTB Austin Healey Jaguar E-type S1 coupe
Khamsin. Not the best looker but has a unique glass back panel to allow easy parking. I like Ghibli but RHDs are very rare & expensive. Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
Merak. One was featured in the infamous Topgear episode where the engine blew.... Don't you love those wheels! The one I found has velvet cabin. woohoo! but when you look at the engine bay, I think humans probably look simpler. This two tone car does remind me of the Miura ^^ Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
Healeys. British & all models were raced including Lemans. If I'm not wrong, one had the dubious history where a Merc 300SLR hit it's rear & crashed into spectators killing many. Ending Mercedes in motorsports for half a century. Btw, that B/W pic is the Mk1 with Clint Eastwood there. E-type Coupe mark 1 It's just so sexy. Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
Khamsin and E type for my opinion. Rarity and shape is out of this world. The healys are nice but there are too many cars of that era with similar shapes....
