Just picked up another Nat Sherman so that I can do a double take on the cigar I really enjoyed.

I also picked up an Ashton Cabinet #8 that I'm anxious to try.

Just smoked the new Fuente Unnamed Reserva.... Sun-grown wrapper on Don Carlos filler. $10-11 retail but only at Opus X account stores ( few retailers are actual Opus X accounts but buy their stock from actual accounts).

Wow that was good. Can't wait to pick a few more up!

The Nat Sherman has been quite a big seller at the UHLE location. $8 a stick for the Timeless Hermoso and they just got a 25 pack at the end of November. I just picked up two more for my friends and they are down to the final 5 cigars. The staff are giving it quite a good review so I guess it is a good cigar. I got one for my brother and a good friend who I will smoke the two I purchased below.

Fuente Flor Fina 858 Sun Grown Wrapper, first stick from the box that arrived for the holidays.

I also picked up a Rocky Patel Connecticut Vintage 1999 that should be lit up this week.

I'm not sure I've tried the sun grown wrapper 8-5-8, but I do love 8-5-8's in either natural or maduro. The RP 1999's are good too.

If anyone is short on time and still looking for a decent smoke, I bought some AF Hemingway Short Storys. Great little cigar when you don't have time for a big one!!

I had a little more time tonight so grabbed an 8-5-8 maduro and lit it up. I tell you, for the money these are great smokes.

Just thought I would update since I have smoked both the above. The 8-5-8 was a nice smoke. It was not over powering but had more flavor compare to the Rocky. It was quite a tough draw which may have been simply the stick I got. I would easily purchase this cigar again for the price and the smooth burn it gave.

The Rocky Patel was extremely disappointing. The stick I got was packed very loose and it was difficult to smoke as the ash flew off through each puff. The flavor felt very boring, which I kind of expected. I would give RP another chance though as I think this cigar was a lemon in general.

Purchased the Nat Sherman for my friend so he can try it and yet again I have someone else who know enjoys the Nat Sherman. I have to pick some of these up again it appears.

The RP is just blah. Which seems to be par for him these days. Try a San Lotano Connecticut instead.

Has anyone been a long time cigar smoker, but suddenly developed health issues while smoking? I now get dizzy, nauseous, headachey and have to lay down whenever I try to smoke a cigar. Am I going crazy or is it a brain tumor?

Try eating before hand and drinking something sweet while smoking, or a few pieces of candy.

Is your Blood pressure lower than normal? Blood sugar low?

I loved it as well as my friends and brother. I should be ordering a box shortly so that my lady friend can bring it over for me and my friends. I really enjoyed it.

Blood pressure & sugars good (at least while being tested). I tried the suggestions above, but to no avail. This situation has me quite sad as I used to enjoy a cigar or two every day...

Had a Padron 1964 Exclusivo maduro last night in a tiny shop in Edwardsville, IL. Was a great way to end a big sushi and grilled hamachi dinner.

They had a full box each of Liga Privada
Dirty Rats and Feral Flying Pigs. If anyone wants these I can pick them up,I got a box of the Dirty Rats last month.

Got a gift from my lady today! I asked her to pick up a few cigars for me of the Nat Sherman cigars that I enjoy. She bought the remaining amount and brought it home in the box. Big thanks to the guys at UHLE as well. I'll be enjoying one of these tonight!

I'm leaving for Cuba this saturday.... Got my shopping list ready. Can't wait... Here's what I plan to bring back:

    1- Cohiba 1966 special
    2- Cohiba Behike 54 or 56 ( I already had the 56, I'll try a notch smaller)
    3- Cohiba Piramides
    4- Cohiba Siglo VI
    5- Cohiba Robustos

Yes, I'm partial to Cohibas, like I'm partial to Amarones and Super Tuscan wines... It's all a matter of taste...

Try switching from a maduro dark wrappered cigar to an english light wrapper
1 in 10 maduros do that to me
    It is very disheartening.
I have backed down to less than a box a year because i just dont like the taste of light wrappers
And cuban darks are so addicting
