Bought wheels and got them installed. I hear some strange "moving around" noises when driving. I think they didn't install the wheel locking pins that stick out of the rotor or hub. Does anyone know anything I can do.

If I had to guess, I would guess that the wheels are not hub centric and you need to buy aftermarket lugs that are cone shaped to keep the wheels centered to the hub.

Don't know what locking pins you are referring to.

    Good guess above.

If you have the correct bolts, they may have come loose, check/re-torque them.

Also if they are real 2 or 3 piece wheels, the fasteners themselves may not be torqued properly.

When you remove the wheel, they stick out of the hub and have bolts. Not sure what they are for, but since wheels didn't fit with them on, I had them remove it. I'm thinking they are the cause but not sure what they are for

    Tighten the bolts to spec?

The wee bolts are only there to a) keep the disc in place when you take the wheel off and b) as a guide to assist re-fitting the wheel.

As already mentioned, it's possible you need a different style of wheel lug also.
