Why shouldn't it? The XX programs generate huge amounts of money and free publicity for Ferrari. Not to mention they wait so long in between halo cars now, the XX feeds the appetite of fans plus builds excitement for the next halo ride.
Do you think the F70 will be at the Geneva Motor Show? if so are the unveiling done during press days? or during public opening? I'd love to see the public unveiling.
If it is at Geneva the unveiling there will certainly occur during Press Days. I still suspect they will show it before the event via a press release with photos. If it is not shown at Geneva I'll be really confused. >8^) ER
In 2011 they unveiled the F150 (shortly thereafter renamed 150th Italia) on January 28th. In 2012 they revealed the F2012 on February 3rd. It is certainly within the right window to do so and you get the added benefit of only having to buy drinks for the motoring press one time. >8^) ER
Personally I don't see that happening, the last thing Ferrari want to do is over shadow one car with the other. My understanding is that the upcoming showing is going to be a private affair. Some of my friends have been invited. Does anyone know if they're going to show the full size styling model, like they have before, or if they are showing a functioning car this time?
So, if it is a private showing at the end of the month, does it mean that it would be sealed? Or are some images going to be released to the public too?
I heard the car was meant to be complete by the 27 Dec and that it would be a public web launch early 2013
The F12 is already superior than the Aventador....this should give you an idea what the "F150" should do. Anyway the competitor to the Aventador is the F12
Is that official? Or based on the fact they are both V12s? I thought the F12 was a grand tourer how does a front engine grand tourer compete with a mid engine super exotic. Just curious.
Indeed. The F12 is more powerful, slimmer, faster and as they say better to drive. The F150 is just in another league altogether.
