The seatbelts come in different colours. You sometimes see them on ebay; but I bought mine from the dealer.

I have a genuine OEM rear bumper; but none of the grills etc.

These guys on german ebay often have diffusers and other scuderia bits:

There are some genuine Scuderia mirrors here:

Kind of sad seeing all destroyed beauties, but also seemed like an opportunity in the waiting, at least that's what kept flashing through my mind. I'm guess that's naive, but couldn't help it

You know it is so tempting seeing some of these flooded 430s for sale.

I wonder just how much damage some of these flood cars could possibly have? Even if the engine is hydrolocked, and it needs a couple new computer modules, Whats 30k in repairs when the car is only 40-50k to start anyways?

I think $30K is a very low estimate. Moreover, I think the insurance company agrees too or they wouldn't be written off...I hear you though; seems like such a waste!

I agree with you. If you were to keep the car what does it matter if it's Title is Salvage ?
I am hearing more and more about salt water damaged Salvage Titled cars are eaten alive from the inside out but if you are an old fart like me the car might outlive the owner ?

Sold for $47k to buyer from Oregon. Also bids were coming from Florida and Paraguay. No other locations were bidding. It is valued at $130k book value.

From what others have posted it is my understanding that you have to watch the auction live to see the winning bid.

Hard to tell. The stripe most likely is aftermarket.
I hate to see any of the F-Cars damaged. Puts a tear in your eyes, especially if you happen to buy one not knowing and find out down the road. I just hope anyone that buys one to fix up and resell can't somehow whitewash the title and make it clean.

Sand every place even after cleaning. Shifter paddles are even sticking indicating the water was over the steering wheel. Shame looked like a nice car.
