Bianco/bianco 25th featured in all-white show of sports & luxury cars. On a separate note, there will be at least one 25th Annivesario at the Quail Motorsports event in Carmel in August over Pebble Beach weekend, and a get-together of some others. Thanks for sharing these, the wingless fuel-injected car with dealer plates SHA-06112 looks like Bob Forstner's car. Speaking of Giallo, in the last year there have been sightings of this Italian Turin-registered (TO.43101V) 25th in Monaco & along the Cote D'Azur. Image Unavailable, Please Login
Raymond, that frontal head-on profile is such an aggressive one for the 25th! This RHD UK car has the sports seats again.. Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
Raymond, this 25th is Ticino (CH) -registered? Anyway its another USA-spec fuel-injected car living in Europe. Ex-Max Bobnar? Image Unavailable, Please Login
the dealer plate car had chocolate brown standard seats, Forstners car if I recall from a video road test was Black seats.
Yes you are right, here is Forstner's car, Giallo/Nero: http://www.ferrarichat.com/forum/142025423-post338.html Dark brown = Testa Di Moro, I wish I could see that, fabulous in a Countach of any type. Ive seen lots of special colors in a 25th, but not dark brown. Do you know this UK car? F 571 PYP (silver 25th, seems well-traveled) Image Unavailable, Please Login
I must admit the dark brown was very striking , black interior would not be the my first choice, yes I know of the silver car, was expecting it to be G609 VYM silver / blue/ white piping of ex UK chairman I will have to dig through my history files and photos. You mention 8789 SF white and think also blue / white piping car, Steve Foster.
Yes, please dig! I think you are speaking of Peter H's 12960 (pictured below). That car is now (I believe) in New Zealand? When 12960 was brand new in 1990, Peter passed me on the M4 going well into triple digits with a whoosh, a sight I will never forget Image Unavailable, Please Login
Here is the car I am inquiring of, an "F"-reg 25th (F 571 PYP), in an old image taken at the port of Dover before they boarded the ferry for France. As you can see it has been silver for many years, but I am not sure it was originally silver - happy to be proven wrong here. Image Unavailable, Please Login
I have it on reasonably good authority that this is Peter's former 12960 in New Zealand in recent times. Image Unavailable, Please Login
And here is another silver car which has appeared in recent years, German-registered, LHD, also grey interior I believe, in attendance at various club meets, not the factory's 12085. Image Unavailable, Please Login
No, this one is a first owner car located north from stuttgart, SHA = Schwäbisch Hall, very nice family. Bob would have red plates with S= Stuttgart or ES= Esslingen. Yes, most likely, there is only one black 25th US-version in switzerland left over, so it's most likely Max LLA12038 he imported in 1990 from Cali. I think he has still the white/white KLA12587. In total I know eleven 25th in Switzerland, the injected were mainly imports from US (at least 5), the others are carbed. KLA12587 1989 White White US-Version with injection, imported 1990 by Max Bobnar from Los Angeles, California Registration, for sale at Max Bobnar KLA12598 1989 White White Californian Car, special Motec Injection by K.Ruf KLA12727 1989 White White special Sportsseats and rear wing, imported from US, Motec injection system, now Japan KLA12739 1989 Black Magnolia Lamborghini St. Gallen since new carbed KLA12748 1989 Red Magnolia Max Bobnar's Personal Car carbed KLA12841 1989 Red Magnolia Jura carbed KLA12939 1989 Red Magnolia Euro Version, carburetted KLA12981 1989 Black Cream Owned by a member of Lamborghini Club.ch carbed LLA12995 1990 Red Magnolia Ex-Walter Wolf (Duesseldorf), US-Version with Injection LLA12038 1990 Black Cream US-Version legalized in CH, Max Bobnar for sale, sold in ~2010 ~ ~ Black Black Zürich-> converted to twin turbo, burnt down in the house it was stored
I've seen that car last year at the Birmingham Classic Show. The number on the side window was KLA12476. Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
That is fantastic Kevin! My notes say Silver with Blue Leather interior, but I think the interior is grey? Anyhow, Ive often used the windows of a 25th to tell which car it is. Here is 12675 in Beverly Hills. Image Unavailable, Please Login
Thank you so much for this Raymond! I have 12995 as still owned by Walter Wolf? Anyway, when I spoke to him in person a number of years ago he told me he still had it. I found the other Argento car I was speaking about, it is an ILOC (International Club of Lamborghini) member and the German plates read F-ZX11. Any ideas? As you can see it too has a grey interior like the factory Museo 12085. Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
WOW, judging by the tach needle, I'd say there was some more speed to come! Tell us how the car feels at high speed?
