    Please list things up that you wish your detail company did/had that would have you going back time and time again...not from just an end results standpoint, but other aspects that make up a business

    I.E.:
    credit card payments instead of just cash
    rental car
    etc

    Wondered, of those of you that have had their cars detailed, if your detailer offered both mobile or taking your car to their dedicated facility, with correct lighting and all necessary equipment, which would most opt for?

    when is blue taping of the edges necessary? I would rather see blue tape the worry about saving time and burning thru paint.

    I should clarify, this is for a shop location!

    Mobile is nice, but sometimes a shop is ideal!

    The ability to fix a stone chip in the paint.
    That is, buy the matching touch up paint, prep the spot, repeatedly fill the chip with thin layers, finish with dab of clear coat, sanding between layers as necessary.

    This capability to do this well would truly separate a detailer from 99% of their competition.

    Keep any left over touch up paint in inventory in case needed next time, at no additional paint cost for that customer.
