Wow. Sorry to hear about your friend. Oddly, I have just about the same type story, but I had to find a 91 300zx TT. After looking on eBay, I found one with 8k miles in my home city. Did your TT give leave you with the need for boost? I never could shake that rush the turbos provided when I was a kid.

Think it's possible the back where the storage cabinets and tools are? Pushed the wall back and blended it that way. Only thing I can think of.
Great links you provided.....this guys garage and story is impressive.....heres a nice video about him and his garage as well. One Car to Do It All: Jack Olsen's 911 | Articles
Über rare lightweight 911r's had those lights...he like Singer, simply chose "the best of porsche's parts from different eras".
You're welcome Back to my garage/cabin... ....have secured 'garage floor tiles' and have PLENTY of each color. The garage is gonna eventually be home to some sweet cars, but for now is still the workshop for the remodel upstairs. I have a 23ft x 23ft garage and am wondering about design, using these three colors. Here is a cool link to a company that allows you to play with designs; Swisstrax: Design a custom floor! If anyone has any really cool patterns or designs they wanna share with me, I would greatly appreciate it using those three colors. Please no Ferrari logos, I don't own one, and these seem to be the correct colors Image Unavailable, Please Login
Thanks, guys. I'm not sure what the question is about the last picture -- do you mean the one of the green storage shed? If so, the garage is in the background on the left. And I agree about the 911R-style tail lights being an acquired taste. But they're light. The car and garage video just came out last week. I was certain I was going to come off looking like a buffoon. But I think the director did a great job with it. One Car to Do It All on Vimeo
OT - but I love those lights, and in particular, that car...simply one of the nicest R-Gruppe style 911s I've ever seen.
