The 456 and 550 are two Ferraris that I fell in love with when I saw them. They have great lines and curves. If I were to ever go with a V12 chances are pretty good I would go with one or the other of these.

Thanks for sharing the pics - I have a few I will need to post sometime too.

I was hoping to get myself a Jaguar XJR or BMW 750i but I have to consider a V12 Ferrari as a daily driver after going through this thread. Very Passionate, informative and Sensational. Now I see it's possible to Run an all Ferrari fleet.. My dream is to own 360 coupe, 599 GTB and now the 456.. I love the 90's pop up lights.

    Thanks to you all

    Tumi

Had a photo session with my photographer friend while he was down for Cavallino. He's very good. More to come!

Giade- Very pretty 550 and 550 model. Like the Giallo Modena, my favorite Ferrari color.

Whenever I look at my 456M from behind, I can't get Spinal Tap out of my head:

"Big bottom, big bottom, talk about mud flaps, my girl's got 'em...

Big bottom, big bottom, how could I leave this behind?"

    lol.

How far behind would you leave it, George? ;-)

Your comment cannot help but remind me of James Jones' 'From Here To Eternity' in which the little sailor, Maggio, (played in the film by Frank Sinatra), speaking of his girlfriend, an overweight but voluptuous professional lady of the evening in Honolulu, describes her thus: acres and acres of ass, and it's all mine! (hope this doesn't offend any Chatrules)

From memory it was a grey overcast day so that reflected in the paintwork.

Here's a photo that the previous owner sent me when I was looking to buy it.
Bright sunshine makes a big difference.
He kept the wheels but I've just bought a new set.

This is Ian's Ferrari 456 as you can see from the number plates - or at least it used to be I believe.
In love with this shot, especially as I am an avid photographer myself.

TdF and the white landscape just make for an awesome contrast.
