Or, if you believe one source here, skip Geneva altogether. I expect a public reveal mid-February via press release with limited photos, probably heavily retouched to the point of looking like renderings. Then I expect it on the stand in Geneva - there's no way they'll miss that opportunity to snag the attention a show like that generates whether they need it to sell out the production run or not. >8^) ER
The one in the garage looks like a deep red/maroon color. This picture appears to be a black car. Am I mistaken? BTW . . . what a beautiful car.
I think that there is a range of events at Maranello starting to take place, ie dealer meetings, the presentation of the new F1, etc. There will be ample opportunity for a variety of people to view the F70 if Ferrari deems so, which imo will mean that some leaks will be inevitable. As far as customers go, I believe that documents will start circulating more widely after this week.
The car in his garage photo was the Stutz - here's a better photo below. His Duesey was just out of frame when that image was taken as it is usually parked in the corner. I don't know any of this from first hand experience - I've just drooled over a lot of pictures from Jim's garage. >8^) ER Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
If I had 1 pound for every "I have it on good sources...", I would be able to put a deposit for the car and have some real info
One thing is clear to me, the second version is a ways off. However, I remain hopeful that Ferrari will follow through and make something truly special, not that a super Ferrari isn't special enough, but I want to be able to eat my cake too . Ferrari have managed something very unique with this car, and I think it's going to be better received than the Enzo was initially. It is certainly prettier, at least to me. Having said that I have yet to see it in person, but I think that only reinforce my opinion.
Makes more sense as they would not want to annoy some of the pre-selected potential customers by inviting them after the launch

Was hoping for 950 HP from the V12 alone Oh well, this will have to do I dunno about the weight tough, seems too good to be true
FWIW, and I don't think I'm telling anything secret, by this time next week, there will be at least one group en route to view the car in in person. As others have said, private viewing events are scheduled all month. It'd be interesting if Ferrari we're to spoil the private showings by showing it to the " public " first... just my thoughts. i'm as excited as the next guy though! S
I'm pretty sure the first public photos will be from the press at Geneva on March 7th. There are too many events scheduled up to that date (IMO) for Ferrari to release pictures and data.
