From the front, they look similar. I have seen a number of Duesenbergs in person, but the Stutz's I have encountered vary a lot. Could it be that the coachwork was done around the same time or by groups who had some design similarities? I know that there were 3 or 4 primary coach builders for the Duesey. My guess is that some crossover took place. At first glance, the Stutz looked like a Duesey to me.
Looking at them side by side, one can see similarities if viewed front-on. I hate to admit it when I get one wrong. But this Stutz fooled me. (Can't get close enough to see the hood ornament.)
The FXX Evo has 860 HP from it's V12. Was hoping the same from the F70. Oh well, 800 will just have to do.

Yes - God forbid we allow the free sharing of information via links here. Has to be the biggest gripe with FChat. >8^) ER
They've released nothing official but all the rumors point to near identical specs. We should have a good fight on our hands - the only place the Ferrari should be the clear winner is in the sound department, at least from the outside. Or you could believe Marko from Team Speed who writes "...the F150 is phenomenal and will comprehensively annihilate the P1" Riiiight. >8^) ER
Sounds like P1 and F150 will be comparable on performance then, or least close enough that it doesn't matter in the overall weigh up. If that's true, then the 'emotion' side of the deal will have a major impact on sales potential. Poor P1... I was rather hoping it would do well!
I dont understand why people are so interested in the performance. It will be amazing in any case. People were saying the Enzo was not a great track car but then it lapped the Ring faster than a CGT. Did it change the Enzo's love or value? No. 90% of these cars will never be driven at 11/10th on a track. They are too fast for their owners and too expensive to risk for 0.5s.
For me the p1 prices is huge, considering that has a 200K car retuned engine. I don't see it four times the car MP4 is..... As far as the F50 i'm thinking of how it would be witout kers, 1170kg..and 810hp petrol engine.... somebody knows how the kers will work with the engine? full torque at 1000rpm suggest that electric engine puls right over the idle....but.. 1.How long in time can the electric engine go along with the petrol? 2.Does it needs to be charghed while running, to use the 150hp electric power? Or you can allways use it. 3. How it generates the energy?
I think it comes from a technician of the F1 racing department: F150 carbonfiber chassis are built there. ciao
Now that I'm an FIA Constructor I'm building my own. Two percolating. A DP for 2014 to race Daytona and Sebring and a new road one off 2000lb/650hp TTV8/that will look like our P 4/5 LMP1 concept. Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
I love that first rendering. Would you use a Maser engine or are you creating your own engine as well?
