That picture is a couple of years old and, IIRC, it was taken in Singapore, not Jordan.

Well... to each his own, this could be the first 458 I dislike. I think colour-coded inner front grille is a mistake, and never liked those wheels much, even less in diamond cut style. Stripe adds little in this case, only contributing to the mess. IMVHO of course and I feel great for the owner who will surely be so happy with it.

Different for sure, and I actually really like it. Anyone know if that stripe was a special options request done by Ferrari or was it applied after the fact (probably the case).

I love it. I'm really appreciating some of the unique touches people are putting on their 458s.

You took the exact words out of my mouth. I also don't really like those wheels, maybe it's just the diamond polished look to them, if they were a little bigger they would look good, but in a gunmetal color.

I agree completely though. If the owner likes it, that's all that matters.

Most under-rated fcar color. Love it, if I can get my mitts on a Monte Carlo, I will have it in medio!

I took this yesterday with my iPhone. Has there ever been a convertible that looked this good with the top up?

    I don't think so.

To answer your question....No. There has never been a convertible that looked this good with the top up. And it doesn't look half bad with the top down either.
