What are you using for engine management, what sort of difference did it make and what did it end up costing, if you don't mind me asking?
""What are you using for engine management, what sort of difference did it make and what did it end up costing, if you don't mind me asking?"" i am using electromotive all the way. i can program parameters while driving from my laptop. i am seeing a good increase in power and torque, mainly driveability. no gas smell, hard cornereing starvation or vapor lock on hot starts. i have driven a 3.5 liter 308 (1980), and i am sure my car will out pull it, keep in mind i am a much lighter euro car. the power and torque increase are very noticeable. dyno number s look to be about a 20% increase in power, i bet i can get more. its the flat torque curve that rocks this setup... the cost, well, i have over 10 grand in parts, about 4 grand in external labor (machine work) , and i have at least 2000 hours in the project myself. 6 years later and i almost have it completely dialed in. it will be 100% this summer. was it worth it - hell yeah!!!!!!.

Here is one my wife took last weekend while leaving her folks house. Not bad for a cell phone camera. Image Unavailable, Please Login
I bought this in September and then had the belts and a major done. Now have it back but haven't used it much due to the bad weather. Image Unavailable, Please Login
How did you drive it onto your lawn without making any marks on the grass?! You must have a large Star Trek transporter.
That photo was before I did the doughnuts. Driving straight is OK, it's when I turn lock to lock especially with the wider tyres on the 550 that the grass gets chewed up.
Sorry, not my garage! Vintage Motorsports in Stowe, PA (outside Philadelphia). Mike did my major service and trans rebuild in 2007.
I've posted these before but I'll throw them in the mix. -F Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
Wow, two US 328GTB's in one picture. That is a rare sight. +1. I can't wait. Now that we are all getting sentimental I also feel free to post a pic in the rebound. I hope the coming spring wil be as nice as the last one: cruising through the Alpes to see the Mille Miglia... Image Unavailable, Please Login
