Might even be the smaller 300mm (or 310mm) size -- how accurately are you measuring the 12", and is that measured to the extreme outermost OD (not the centerline of the torus)? MOMO steering wheels typically come in a range of diameters for each style, but one that small would have to be special ordered to have been as-delivered on a F.

that leather grip looks too thick.
daytona wheels are 395 mm outside diameter. and not perfectly round.

That is an uber-small size -- not usually used on a (no power steering) street car, but the standard MOMO bolt pattern and center hole size fits many F.

What's wrong with a thick rim? One thing I don't like about the 320mm MOMO Corse that I'm presently using in my TR is that the rim isn't as thick as the 320mm MOMO Veloce in my ex-308 (should've kept that steering wheel ;)).

I just googled on the stamping on the back, M20340 , it looks like it should be 350mm in diameter.

OK, that is why there is such a lot of different info.

It may not have come off a Ferrari at all. Google the code and some 911 Porsches seem to have been equipped with this wheel, though in 350mm size.

OK, I know nothing of these things so this may be a completely stupid remark. But it makes me think very strongly of the small wheels I've seen in the 312PB. Here is a very crappy screenshot of Alain de Cadenet driving one. I think it is a similar size and very similar shape, except the spokes are black.

The rim looks far too thick to me for the factory fit wheel. I think its modern and have just fitted what I think is an identcal wheel to my Land Rover Defender.

Common Momo wheel from the early 1970s to early 1980s. Could be used in a variety of European cars, and not unusual to see them on Porsches, VWs, Fiats, Saabs, etc.

Not for a Daytona, there are not enough mounting holes and too small.

The Ferrari 246 steering wheel, post L series cars thru late 1973, have 3 equilenght pieces of leather.

Wheel photographed is a common aftermarket Prototipo wheel. It will fit standard Momo hub, 246,365GTC/4, 365 and 512 carb cars as well as early 308s

    Hope this helps

Definitely looks like an aftermarket wheel based upon the diameter and thickness. I can't imagine steering (or more specifically parking) an older Ferrari with that wheel.

I had an 87 Porsche Carrera that the previous owner fitted with newer Turbo wheel that was about the same size (12") and that car was a bear to steer even on a rear engine car. That wheel took a lot of the fun out of driving it until I refit the (vastly less attractive) stock wheel.
