I'm sorry but that doesn't really answer my question.
If you run the same car on a dyno test with and without Kers, the bhp figure difference will be the Kers power, right?

 

sorry psk, but here, you are wrong- the 599 gto is a completely different animal than the 599 gtb, its impossible, to transform a gtb to gto, believe me, i begged the company to do so, but it was not possible. regards- e

 

Yes, if KERS maximum power can be dumped at the max hp RPM.

 

Many people have seen the car and yet not one single pic on the internet. Security must be very high.
I really can't wait to see this new supercar on the street and to see reviews of the f150 vs P1 etc

 

Ferrari security must be admired and sought after by governments. You can get nuclear secrets easier than a picture of a F70.

 

It isn't hard to get pictures. Someone just needs to know where to look.....

 

I go to many PR events (primarily in the entertainment industry) and they confiscate all cell phones and warn everyone that any leaked information will be dealt with harshly -- such as a permanent ban on all future events.

I've never seen a leak in one of them.

this part make me very happy

 

they can tell by the position of the ''spy'' , who take the shots i think.

we ''only'' have a month to wait.

 

I think looking at the mule its possible there may be P4/5 styling elements in the car but thats just a guess.

Unsubscribing ... I've reached the point of hating this car due to this thread causing me to look in the hope of some real pictures ... better just to wait until a magazine does a review of the REAL car!

May I ask what was the reason for doing that?

 

It may not be wise to try to smuggle a camera into a preview. You can bet your next FCar that anyone attending is asked to sign some kind of a confidentiality agreement that excludes photos (CMACK might verify). If so Ferrari would have legal recourse if a photo is taken and leaked.

 

It's more complicated then that. In our system the KERS drives the rear wheels from the back of the gearbox as I believe it does on the F70. The petrol engine drives the rear wheels through the front of the gear box. Applying KERS has an effect on the petrol engine
and causes it to rev.

And when Im looking at the P4/5 I can see elements from Ferrari 330 P3/4. What does that say to you? Someone picked Ferrari model from past and decided to make his version of that car? And (potentially) when Ferrari decides to pick some elements from model that they produced back in history, than we are looking at copy of P/45. Silly world...

 

Does it really matter? Both the 330 P4 and P4/5 are to my eyes stunning cars. Note the lack of the use of the word "copy" in my initial post.

For me I dont see it as a bad thing if the new cars has styling elements from both the abovementioned cars.
