Brandon, I ordered the GLASS Roof Option, same as the 993 996, and 997 Targa had. Although the new Targa on the 991 will be a lift off roof. I love the car, I got the inspiration from you're car.
Why have the 964 rockers on the car...??? They look 'a little off' compared to the rest of the supposed longhood look. My opinion.
My latest RS. Delivered last week. Last of a generation. 6 spd manual Mezger no more. Image Unavailable, Please Login
Was cleaning up my iPhone pictures, and found these. Two sisters from '72 - one original(ish) and the other fantastically built as a early 70s works porsche. Both 100% restored/built in the UK to very nice standard. Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
Sorry for photo quality, but this was my dd for 9 years back in the 80's.... '66 911, was just gorgeous, went like stink, and defined my cool guy image perfectly Image Unavailable, Please Login
Anyone know why when I try and upload multiple pictures, it stops at one? Anyway...definitely one of 'the ones that got away' Image Unavailable, Please Login
Weather was great in Houston today so took the CGT out for a quick spin . . . one of the greatest motors ever placed in a road car. And the sound is epic. Lee Image Unavailable, Please Login
Top of my must have list. (BTW: All Silver on black CGTs are mine; it's just a matter of raising the funds to bring them home . . .)
I won't make it to Kemah today but looks like great weather . . . in fact, I am spending the morning detailing the CGT, FGT and my GTR. Lee
FGT is a 2005 QuickSilver no stripe--my 5 year old already claims it as "his car" . . . quite a bit of custom work--pulley/tune, Accufab monoblade throttle body, Ford Racing exhaust, Ford Racing short shifter, Ford Racing transaxle cooler, rear bumper delete, 6 point harnesses, custom gauges by SpeedHut. It is one of my favorites and shares my garage with my CGT, GTR and ACR Viper. Lee Image Unavailable, Please Login
Thank you for posting, the car is stunning, I think they FORD knocked it out of the park with the GT. It keeps getting better with time. Good for your little boy as well. My Daughter was my McLaren (must be the doors).
Those dihedral doors are pretty cool . . . I can understand why she would pick the MP4. The FGT doors with that roof cut-out are a bit of a pain from a pragmatic standpoint, but a small price to pay for such a great ride.
