Yes, you mentioned before I have yet to check it out! Oops.. Have yet to check it out ...

Would be in the west coast for a bit on the coming months and would have a look :)

Would be amazing to just fly around. If I ever do get a license , one day.. I would migrate to the States or Australia where one can go island hoping.

This govt truly issues policies with zero connection to reality.

What is the goal to further raise the ownership costs for luxury autos. As if being one of the most expensive market is not enough it decides to make it more pricier? Just to collect a few more dollars in taxes? What about the negative impact on auto sales and the trickle down effect on employment in that sector? they already decimated the japanese auto sales professional sector with the moronic COE program.

What modern country in this world sets the cost of car ownership to monthly fluctations in COEs? Why cant they just set a price for each range so there is some clarity and stability to expected ownership costs?

High COE prices do not reduce the amount of autos on sinagpore roads, it just keeps more higher emissions cars on the road because normal folks cannot afford to trade in for a more emission friendly vehicle. And yet over the past year I have not notice any reduction of traffic or congestion.

Very well said Chris. And the new taxation on property owners then we have to deal with increased FWL, again!!

Businesses are already dying a slow death & now they want to nail the coffin. Even I'm thinking to reduce operations here. A lot of landlords can't find tenants due to businesses unable to fill vacancies. Soon, Singapore will be known as an ill services country soon due to overworked staffs.

Are they all having a booze party in parliament or what?
