In a thread dedicated to what Ferrari does to top the Enzo its natural to discuss the one car that literally did just that.

Interesting but it would probably take me longer to put these design cue platforms together then the release date.

Can anyone who's seen the car give insight on how the sides are like... is it smooth\round, sharp or any resemblance to other cars? I read its like the P1 but any other details..

Its very Birdcage concept like. I've been thinking of making one without the conventional Enzo cabin... I'll have a go at it tomorrow. :D

When it comes to a name I'm hoping for 525LM but I'm not holding my breath.

The C pillar, which is a cue I like, is too thin at the top. Think of necessary roll over protection and how that shape needs to be and it's thickness. Less of a rearwards facing V.

I guess I am just an old fart.

Have you seen Napolis' garage? Full of Ferraris. Not sure "bitter" is appropriate here.

As for me, I am not really keen on the new Vette or Viper. I realize that both new cars are a giant step forward, but the styling leaves a lot to be desired, in my opinion. I am not a fan of the FF. It simply looks awkward and unappealing to me. While I am sure the FF will dust my 'daily drivers,' the next daily driver I get will be a B7 or an S63 AMG.

The 458 is sexy, in my opinion. I like it. But as far as looks, there are other F-cars I like more.

F12? for me the jury is still out. I love the 599 and expected more from the F12. Not a great fan of the back half of the car, but I do love what they have done with the front half. The straight-on back end view is nice.

F70? Will tell you when I see it.

Conclusion . . . not everybody falls lockstep in line with loving every Ferrari. Heck, when the 360 came out, I was not happy with the center arch on the front air-dam. I thought the Hamann aero kit was a huge improvement--and then the 430 incorporated a similar element, making this an absolutely beautiful car.

Someone posted a pic of the 250 LM. Now THAT is a beautiful car.

Looks like Fiat has put some F70 DNA in the new Viper. Among other things notice the middle grill nose pillar as its reported the F70 to have.

Very true, looks unsightly thin from the sides.

The first one to post the actual picture of the F 150 here wins this thread.

Very true about the Viper. I'm surprised they didn't use an egg crate grill.

I think it would help if this thread were locked when the real car is shown and a new one took the story going forward.

    ^^^ Good idea.

I would bet against Dino. What is the Italian word for "hot". Please don't tell me Fiero.

What about a word about the new tech. KERS? What about future or vision.

Not "hybrid" volt or spark. Is there an italian word for "crowning achievement"?

    Barracca? Hmm.

I wouldn't name it after an animal. Except perhaps the name of that one horse.

Had already made a sketch (see crop below) with scoop, but according too EvoIX7, there's a vent on the rear fender, so wouldn't necessarily be visible, nor would it affect the fender line.

Due to the tapering of the rear this view is not representative of C-pillar width. Same view of P4/5, if its beltline rose all the way to the roofline, would be similar.

Mmmm, well with or without F70, the split grill has been a Dodge thing for many years.
