Quite similar sides comparing to the LaFerrari.

 

Wow, what a horrible side view... just can't accept that air intake design from Ferrari's top of the line model... just can't. The damn thing is upside down. The one from the Enzo was perfect. Testarossa's too. In the correct orientation. This one is just stupid like the name. Ruined the car and my faith in Ferrari designers and president. I myself could have done a much better side design than this. I guess fanboys will be too blind to see this. Other angles go from OK to great, especially the back. Interior looks great too.
Pagani Huayra, Koenigsegg Agera S, Lamborghini Veneno or McLaren P1 profile view over this amateurish side design any time of the day. Someone must be fired for this!

The car looks nice overall, but that's got to be the most ludicrous name they could have possibly come up with.

Google Ferrari design competition. The images you find there are all similar to this la Ferrari.

 

At least that one has the side air intake in the right orientation/angle!!!!

...no, lot's of people really like this car.....ummm, such as....Ron Dennis.

 

It does look better on video then in pictures, but with that said (and after the MP4 vs 458 I never thought I would say this), I actually prefer the P1 when it comes to styling. The Ferrari looks a bit too tame imo..
The front view render makes it look really mean and vicous, but the real thing kinda disappionts.. =/

And the name is probably one of the worst in automotive history..

Can't wait to see how it performs though!!

 

Love the launch, great videos bonding the car to its ancestors. Shaving 5 seconds off the Enzo laptime. WOW!

How did we all of a sudden run out of good names? Are we now waiting on the 458 Mortadella?

 

The only thing that is unsuitable with the car is it's name. I mean c'mon..there were other choices.

 

Meh, my first reaction is what happened to the profile?

Extending the red body surface up into the sail panel really kills the look. It creates a soft,slow line that doesn't fit. From the side it looks fat and doughy, totally inconsistent with the linear tension of the font and rear.

It may seem petty but I'll never get past the name. It is the douchiest, most pompous, thing I've ever heard. They really are getting caught up in their own hype. Maybe it's mandatory for new owners to tie a pastel sweater over your shoulder so you can convey the correct attitude when you tell others of you new La Ferrari?!?

 

Erik, what do you think about the car? Interested to see hear your view as you obviously love McLaren but are not a pure Ferrari basher for no reason.

take a chill pill. you are not a better 'designer', in any alternate universe. your design ideas are just as warped as your interpretations. don't like the car? put in your ten cents...and then MOVE ON! no soup for you...next...
