de-stickifying and refinishing A/C vents

So after having refinished the rest of my interior sticky components in previous years, I'm finally getting around to the a/c vents. I removed the vents and refinished one vent only to realize that I don't have a way of replicating the white circles that indicate whether the vents are open/closed. These appear to have been silk screened to the vents by Ferrari's vendor. Has anyone done the same and replicated these white circles? If so, care to share?

I know that someone is going to chime in "just send them to Robbie at stickynomore.com". While I just might wind up doing that, as I know he does great work, I'm looking for a DIY solution as I've re-finished all other interior parts myself . . . until now. If there's a thread where someone has already done this, just steer me in that direction. I tried a search but didn't come up with anything, but I suck using the FChat search function. Uhh . . . well, thanks I suppose. But I've already stripped/cleaned/refinished all the parts in my interior, except for the vents so I have that part of the procedure down pat. I even posted a thread with pics on the procedure - as have others. I'm just trying to figure out how to replicate the small white circles on the bottom of each vent that indicate whether it is open or closed. They appear to have been silk screened (or otherwise applied on top of the paint) from the factory. Pretty sure that stickynomore uses decals, which I'm sure looks great. But seeking advice from someone who has a DIY solution. I could probably live without the little white circles, but I'm a bit of a stickler for detail so I know not having them there will bother me.
