Any of our European, Middle East or Asian members getting your cars recently? Is the factory shipping anything? Any reliable sources as to when customer cars will start coming to North America? Any news as to when journalists will get their hands on cars for actual acceleration and handling tests? Thanks (praying for deliveries to start)
From what I hear they are easily obtianed in Germany. However, that's a dealer with very good ties. Don't really understand the US market. No need to pay a premium here or to bay three FFs to get an allocation. Used cars loose their value and do not trade with a premium.
I've been told none in the states until later this year. Some orders have been placed and accepted by the factory. My dealer says 18 months waiting list already, but they don't know their allocation yet so it's a guess. US cars are going at MSRP as did the 458 and 458 spider. You just have to get in line.
From my understanding the first F12 in my area will be arriving within a few weeks. The period for ordering the next batch is approaching and it does sound like they will be 2014 model year.
Just to be clear, are you saying that 2013 models to the US have already been delivered, or that the US will NOT get any 2013 and any cars that will be arriving later this spring will be labelled as 2014s? If the former, where are the already delivered 2013s?
