Wow, was I surprised at the ingenuity of the little mouse who moved into my Mondial's trunk this winter. First, how he got in there. Second, the cozy nest he made out of my paper towels and cotton shirts. Third, how much food ie seeds, he had brought into his winter home. I was disappointed of how messy he was.

In the end, the old fashion mousetrap and peanut butter did him in.

Here's his hotel room after checkout!

Buddy, and u have the Countach in tha garage. You are out of your mind, a mouse gets in that car and u will be able to buy a couple of mondials for what it will cost to repair. You need to buy the bubble cover.... Seriously... Now... I am having a stroke over here!!!!

The Mondi trunk is way more spacious accommodations for a mouse. I'm sure he felt like he was living in the penthouse of an Italian villa for the winter.

Hey Jay, speaking of potential damage averted. This morning we heard a huge crash from the garage. A full sheet of drywall fell clipping the Mondial and landing on my Wife's Car. Amazingly, I don't see any damage to either vehicle.

Hey Mike...this is the first winter season where we pretty much abandoned the mondial. She has too much dust for the California duster. I may wash her tomorrow but I'll wait until it warms up later in the day. Hopefully next week for c & c.

You could run it as is and tell the new comers its a barn find. It would be the most popular car. ;)

Sadly I have no aversion to driving my car dirty, it gets really bad before it looks nice again.

And that drywall incident, I can't even figure how that could happen. Were the nails too short and did they come with the drywall? Spooky.

Ok, nothing like a mouse or drywall falling... my incident for taking the mondi out on its first post-winter drive was forgetting to unhook the Battery Tender!
Fortunately no scratches or body damage just a damaged ego ;-)
    Cheers,
    Greg
