    Hi all,

Can you offer an insight to where I might find a Ferrari carpet set for a 246GT, fitting both front and back.
I have looked on the internet and have found two sources, the 1st from Germany.
    Ferrari 246 GT/GTS: Interior: Carpet Sets: Complete 11-part carpet set Dino 246, M + E series
    these are €859.

there is also this in the US at $1575
Ferrari Dino 206 246 GT GTS Black Carpet Set New | eBay

Has anyone bought from these, please report on quality and if the RHD is also catered for.

Have you bought from somewhere else, if so, please let me know and give contact details.

I am based in the Midlands.

    All the best, Jim UK

    Hello Jim,

if you want original stuff... forget the German carpet.

Mr. Fiat stuff looks like Luppi quality, you can order here directly:
    Tappezzeria Luppi

You also get high quality from Henk, I`m not sure he sell sets?

I don't know how much for a carpet set for the cabin, but to get an idea, I paid 300€ last October for the full set of 7 carpets for the trunk.

Perhaps this is heresy...but I bought beautiful wilton wool carpet (maybe that is not stock) cut it out to the shapes of the original carpet & had it bound. I installed it and it looks gorgeous.... might have cost me $250 bucks or so....

Just going through this situation myself as part of the carpet i fitted a few years ago got damaged and couldnt be matched properly. I originally did it myself similar to champtc and the overall quality was very good. The difficult bit is getting the edges bound, if you take them to a good trimmer he would do this for you. The other problem is the heelpads, if your old ones are OK then reuse them.

Henk material is way way over priced. He only sells it by the metre and is eye watering expensive. Not worth it in my opinion regardless.

Isuk uses luppi which i understand is good quality and he is very pleased with the outcome

I have just taken the plunge with these,

    Full carpet set Ferrari 246 Dino GT/GTS '69-'74 - Lakewell.com

the carpet quality (from samples sent) is good. I have had to ship out my old carpets (at there expense) as they didnt have right hand drive patterns but i can say they are extremely helpful.

Havent received them yet so dont know quality but will report back if you wish

I have a case of all the carpets (original) are fine except for the drivers footwell which is ok/small hole, but will get worse with use. Unfortunatly they are grey carpet, and not easy to match.
Where could I get just the footwell ?
