Stange holes in back off of tail light. Looks like fake body panel.

Probably a Spider. Still too early for a GTO.

Or Targa. I see the roof separated and some reinforcing in the C pillars.

Indeed, or something SA Aperta style (hence the reinforced C pillars).

It's camouflaged for a reason. We all know what the car looks like now. There's got to be something they are trying to hide in the details.

IMO it's just an old picture of the F12 That is now making the rounds
and has nothing to do with any new version of the F12 - plus it is way too early

I disagree, there is way too much of the final production shapes for this to be an earlier prototype, all of those were may more camouflaged.

Makes no sense because if it was a spider then why is there a hatchback on it and it is way too early for a GTO version ?

I wonder why they are covering a lot of the rear window. They are hiding the interior as well...?!

Could be a sp car that is based off the f12 in testing because it seems way to early to be making a spider or gto version.

Ya, seems like a Spider/Targa to me.

    Too early for a GTO.

Nice idea. I heard the new Cali does indeed have more than a passing resemblance to a convertible F12

The only possibility if you think about it. It is way too early for a Convertible F12, I doubt there will be a F12 GTO for obvious reasons and it highly doubt it is the new 458 MC hidden in a different body. Must be the California replacement, which will be introduced by the end of the year.

I agree - pretty sure that pictures of that car made the rounds soon after intro last year.

Those "slots" next to the rear lights were intended for production and must have been a last minute delete. They were described by someone who had a preview of the car and were visible in some videos and stills of 3D wire-frames during design process.
