More cool info... current inventory is 10 @ avg asking of $160k compared to exact same period in: 2012: 11 @ $142k 2011: 33 @ $145k 2010: 43 @ $152k 2009: 39 @ $178k So far this year we've had a low avg asking of $153k (week ending 1/6) with current high of $160k (now). Low inventory of 10 examples (w/e 1/20 and now) and high of 15 (w/e 2/17).
Almost one less CS in the world today. Next door neighbor's house burned to the ground last night. We have to leave the house and were not allowed to get the cars out. Fortunately, the neighbors were not home and they firefighters did a great job putting out the fire and protecting the neighboring properties.

I am sorry to hear about the neighbors loss. I hope reconstruction will be painless for them. I have a nephew that is a firefighter. They can do impressive things - good for you're regions 1st respondents & their efforts.

Hey guys, It's my car listed and yes it has been driven but I will say I also have a 13k mile CS and this car drives just as great and actually feels a little more responsive IMO. F&M recently replaced the clutch with its annual last year. They will be doing a complete 30k belt service in a few days. Don't let the miles scare you it's a beautiful CS. Of course a PPI is welcome and encouraged! Do you guys think my asking price is in line with the current market?
I know of a 10,000 mile car that can be had for $136,000. With current service up to date this month.
