    Hi!

Got a phone call today asking if I am selling my 328. The conversation lead to "with 62K miles must be sold at a really cheap price".

If you have a 328 with zero miles, PM me and I will tell you where to make your fortune.

I am just being sarcastic. Sigh ....

    Thank you for your responses.

I know my 328 will be getting a lot more miles.

I assume at some point it will be $0 to the buyer. Then I will never have to lock the car since no one will steal it.

So at that price why is the junk hanging down from under the front? For only 105
miles I hardly would expect to see something hanging down like that. Looks like
at least 2 of not 3 wires/hoses or whatever.

Who knows. No telling if something made a nest in there over the years.

The very reason, IMHO, why "only a fool and his money" would pay $160,000 for a
car with 105 miles on it that was manufactured decades ago :)

He should have left it in its original packaging. :)

There are 2 hoses that are supposed to hang out and the other looks like weeds under the car.

There are many collectors who specialize in collecting extreme low mileage cars.

Some of them have been extraordinary in their help and generosity to those of us who either restore cars or document exact originality.

Some people spend a lot of money collecting goofier things. Besides these are all very successful people, what do I care as long as they are not living off my tax dollars.

"A fool and his money".............are some party :)

No doubt ---- what about the wing-nut that just paid something like $300K for one of (former) Princess Diana's dresses? Are you f-ing kidding me?! I wonder how many UB-40 "dole" checks that would cover ??

I know someone with a condom collection.

It is amazing how much someone will pay for a vintage rubber "NIB".

    Whatever......keeps them off the street.

    Thank God --- it's NOS / NIB.......

I had a fraternity roommate in college who had a condom collection, too ---- but, it was "used" and kept mostly between his bed and the wall
