This was a much easier project than I thought it was gonna be on my 348. Just did it all in the garage. Now I will admit crawling on the concrete floor sucks, but I love that I saved money doing it myself.
And that saved money is gonna go in my mechanics pocket to replace the cv boot next week lol.

I don't know what it is about the boot that makes me nervous. Just have never done one before.

Please attempt the boot and give the rest of us the confidence we need to work on our own cars!! :)

I did all 4 boots in my 2 car garage...does take an impact wrench with lots of extensions but was not bad really straight forward.

Oil change, coolant change, and gear oil change on these models is fairly easy.

I didn't find it hard. Just a little time consuming.
The one thing I am gonna keep an eye on is the oil filter. My torque wrench is 1/2 inch vs the ultimate garages filter cap being 3/8th. I just tightened it down but didn't over crank it. Just made sure it was snug.
Plus I was able to determine where my small oil leak is coming from roughly.
Next winter the major is getting done once we get back put to Southern California so I will worry about it then. Not much reason to start ripping apart pieces of the car when it will be in the shop in 7 months or so addressing the same areas.
