You didn't take pics?? Also spotted a white 458 Spider today, top was up... and a gunmetal California top was down
A red 360 spider today, on Riverside Drive East Perth about 20 minutes ago. Yesterday a replica 550. First I've seen. Passed me on the Kwinana freeway heading into town. Engine short by a few litres & more than a few cylinders. Front too small & sloped down steeply, scoop wrong, grill wrong shape. Shape of rear more like original, though again small. Rear also sloped in a little. Colour a dark shade of titanium - sort of like titanium with a bit of diesel mixed in. Had the badges though! Overall vehicle size was more like a 360.
The flames out the back must look fantastic at night....errr...so I'd imagine. AB will be thrilled that his face is on youtube.....not. I wonder who the mechanic is who works on AB's F40. He's going to be able to send his kids to private school! Hopefully just a hose leak.

Red catalytic converter overheat light came on and ECU shut down one bank of cylinders. It is supposed to do that. Disconnected Cat temperature sensor, no more problem. That drive was over 1 year ago. Already have bought replacement sensor and will install and re connect everything in due course. Cost a bit over $100. The Cat didn't overheat, it was the sensor that was faulty - one of 2 sensors, (2 cats) F40's are fairly reliable, and not very hard to work on, compaired to some other cars. I think there is a misconception that they cost a fortune to maintain.
