Hi Guy's As a fellow Ferrarichat enthusiast and vintage Ferrari restorer (in my spare time) I thought you guy's might like to see what I do for a day job. I have attached a very short teaser film that is a WORLD EXCLUSIVE from the very secretive "Area 51" test and analysis in the heart of Rolls-Royce Goodwood. I have special permission to publish these images following the cars launch yesterday at Geneva. Normally people are shot after entering this area, or sworn to secrecy. I cannot begin to say how privileged I am to film in this part of the plant and to publish these images. These are the real drone Wraith prototypes used to develop and test Wraith over the last 12 months or so. It's been 5 years in the making. There are two "finished" examples one at Geneva (and used for the promo) and the silver car (only finished on Friday last week) shown here. (I'm the guy in the coat getting in the car at the end of the video) ENJOY...... And remember Ferrarichat is where you saw this first.. The Wraith looks old and modern at the same time. Very nice to see RR here, thanks! Though all the low and wide red cars do sort of spoil one's perspective a bit when it comes to seeing real automobiles. CH
Cool to see. Thanks much for posting. I guess the idea of the swirls on the mules is that cameras don't pick up curves and lines as easily? Any insights on how many miles of testing have been done and where (i.e. hot/cold climates)?
Hopefully this will answer your questions [ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rn-bCT9C14M]Rolls-Royce Wraith Performance - YouTube[/ame]
