Just my opinion Aircon. Remember the only car he has won in is a RB ... and he's been getting dealt the short end of the stick by RB for years, but he is still there. Why? Apparently he has been getting other offers ... Again why is he still there?. That is where my opinion comes from. Pete
Fair enough. I just have a 'thing' about people quoting opinions as fact! I'd be sticking with RB if I was in his position too. He's 36 or something...it's a bit late to start from scratch in a new team IF HE DOESN'T HAVE TO. It only rarely works at the best of times.
And? He's never going to be a #1 driver in a top team. So why move and not being able to win at all? He might have no choice if dumped by RB, but I REALLY doubt the decision would be his.
