been searching for tan floormats to replace my shoddy ones but not finding anything I like. any recommendations from recent purchasers? thanks
I ordered a set from European floor mats in March. They are on ebay, but I did not buy the ones they had on ebay which were black but from their webstore. They have not arrived. I will let you know when they come in. They did send me samples of rug so I could see which would match best with the car, and they are making the mats based on the match.
From the NL? If so, probably the same as what I bought. Turned out to be more utilitarian in quality which was okay for the price. Unfortunately, they never resolved the issue with two left feet (both rear matts for the same side).
The site that I bought them from is: europeanfloormats.com They also sell via ebay. Wade, what is NL?

Hi Ron, Prestige is located in North Hollywood, a community in the San Fernando Valley, Los Angeles County, Southern California, USA, planet Earth (Blue Planet). One suggestion for getting mats that make you smile, would be this: have your mats fabricated, based on left and right fitting patterns that YOU will have created on some fabric or heavy weight paper. Edging, design, etc., it's all your call. Believe me, the end result will blow your mind. Cheers & good luck, Hank
+1. I had the pleasure of putting my feet on Hanks mat, they are even better in person. Nice work. I had mine custom made in black n tan, they were pricey at 500+ for a full set, nice, but I dare say that Hanks are better made.
Mats?? ....... so Ted - tell us. Is your "Welcome" mat still on the front porch in IL, or is it now in NC? Be well, Hank
Lol. Well i now have 2 Welcome mats. Funny you should ask, im driving back as we speak but just 3 days ago, i stared at a few, for quite awhile trying to pick out just the appropriate one. I even took off my shoes and walked them. I finally chose one and It will be prominately placed and ... always out for you Doing well Ted
I recently took delivery of these custom mats from Automat of Long Island. For best results, you would have to bring your car in; the mats were fitted to the car since Automat does not carry stock patterns. I chose a "full height" mat, extra thick pile with a hand-rolled genuine leather binding. Absolute perfection. PS: I have no affiliation with Automat. I dealt with Tim, the owner. Would you mind telling me what the matt's you made cost? PM me if you prefer not to post it here. I'm looking for matts and like yours. Prestige doesn't seem to have a web site for me to check. Thanks, David
How much did the matt's cost? I'm looking for new ones and yours look great. How long did they take to make?

I don't remember the exact cost, but I think I paid about $350-$400. Worth every penny. Production time was 4-6 weeks.
