Since Viszla is on a time out I have to paraphrase him:

    Phading Phil did the moonwalk.

Holey-moley! Never thought I'd see the day! What caused him to climb from his pram? [P&R?]

    :(

Even I have to concede it wasn't his finest hour.... But, *two* punctures at terrible moments will do that I guess.

    Cheers,
    Ian

Phil will not be of much help to Fred this year I'm afraid in terms of taking points from Seb. Forza Webber!!!! :)

Sutil screwed up Massa's race. The cut tire? Who knows. Stuff happens.

    +1

I have the distinct impression he could *win* the damn race and he'd *still* suck!

*Love* the sarcasm font BTW. ;)

yep, Sutil's fault, Fred had the DRS issue and Massa had fchat on his back, not a good night for the scuderia

Please explain how the contact was Sutil's fault!?

Here's how it looked on my TV - approaching the right hand corner, Sutil was on the outside, Massa was on the inside. Massa couldn't hold his line on the inside of the corner, and he slid wide into Sutil. Massa never made it in to the apex. Sutil didn't move in on Massa, it was Massa who moved out on Sutil.

    Actually no to that.

He is as bad and the conundrum is why he is still with the Scuderia.

To me there is no rational explanation. It makes about as much sense as DC hanging on with McLaren for all those years.

FA has stated he wants Ferrari to be his last team, and he also stated something I think every driver deep down knows is true, that he wants to win a championship with Ferrari. It's the same reason Vettel will eventually leave red bull and come to ferrari.

I hate these threads that bag these drivers, they are all damn good and not worthy of the rubbish thrown at them. Even if I dislike certain drivers (anyone that doesn't drive for Ferrari) I still appreciate the skill level to driver one of these at full tilt while jockeying with others doing the same thing.

Only those of us that have driven the Sydney peak hour on a Friday afternoon know that feeling of accomplishment :D

Whilst you would expect that to be true, it is not. Unfortunately, F1 drivers do not (for the most part) operate in a meritocracy. The 'deal' is more important in a lot of cases than the pure skill of the driver. When you look at the balance of Massa's skill level, and his 'deal' (a combination of what he takes in $$ vs what he brings in in $$), the alternative options (last year) were not as good... Fortunately, this appears to be his last year with the team, so the end is in sight at long long last.

How about zero as Kimi and Alonso have fist fights in the pits. :)

Kimi is having a blast. He pushes the Renault team around and sticks his middle finger up at LDM as he stands on each podium. :)

    Friends,

I love Kimi. Ever since I read the story about how he got drunk got in a fight and beat up and ended up in the gutter hugging a blow up porpoise. Thats my kind of racer! Not many like that any more. I miss him at Ferrari, as his low key manner was just one side of his personality. I am very happy with the results it helped me take the steering rack out my car which had refused to come out yesterday. I dont care what others think I am Ferrari red inside and out and win they win I celebrate, just like good Italians! I am a huge fan of Massa and feel after his accident 3rd place is magnificent. I also like him as a man just like Weber. Gentlemen drivers are few and far between.... BTW Alonso drive was heroic and Massa was not far behind.....

Totally agree Rob, they are all great drivers and Massa has found his mojo again since the accident and good for him ..... and good on you for getting the steering rack out !!!

It took me 2 days to get the one out of my GT4 when I was parting it out, and I think you bought some parts off me when I did :)
