    What is an "active thread"?

Someone yesterday resurrected a 7 year old thread about the CS. Is that active? :)

for lack of an easier statistical gathering process at the subforum level I just count threads in each subforum with update today or yesterday. :)

the best judge of activity would be number of posts or users active, but that isn't as easy except at forum wide level.

    Those surprise me.

    Damn statistics! :)

"We" may not have many active threads in F1, but those that are tend to be really busy; Witness the "qualy" and "race" threads every other weekend.

Total posts per sub-forum per 24 hours would be (somewhat ;)) interesting.......

    Cheers,
    Ian

If I understand how this is done, the Rossa forum has a total of 4 active threads.

If we grade on the curve, that would be a lot of activity for Rossa. :)

(although it is quality, not quantity, of activity that is the most important)

I'm sure if you sampled in Oct. 2012 P&R would have blown all other subforums out of the water. Before BRL was brought into Silver, P&R was waaaaay ahead of Silver with posts and threads.

    360/430 rocks, though ;)
