This wait is killing me!

So my dealer "confirmed" I'm still an April build for my 2013 FF. it's now May and not one follow status from Ferrari factory since red 10 wherein the order was accepted. Even now all the dealer can tell me is this is nothing unusual And that he is fairly certain of an end May delivery.

Crazy lack of communication for a car this expensive.

Do these dates seem fairly normal procedure to you more experienced owners out there?

Seriously. Congrats on the FF, they are awesome.

 

I think I said it before ... Tick ........... Tock ..........................Tick....................................................... Tock ...........................................................................................Etc.

The time seems to stop ... until the FF arrives then the FUN begins. Enjoy! Take a camera with you and hand it to someone just before you first see it or get in it. Make sure they are READY to snap photos when then and when you first start it!!!! Then please post the photos.

This is completely strange as Ferrari has always had a handle on the status. Friends in past have been amazed at the communication updates. Makes you wonder why this is special and what circumstances precipitated this; prior order out of sequence or substituted car for rework?

Did you have any special options like out of range paint specs?

 

Received my Ferrari FF in June '12 and after driving for 10K miles around Europe had to go to Brazil last month and am missing the FF terrible.
