As a golfer I am interested in the Optional Golf Bag for the 360. I actually just bought an older Ferrari Schedoni model that may work but I am still curious about the 360 specific version. The catalog says that it has aluminum inserts in the style of the cars interior and I want to see what that looks like. Anyone?

I'd check your measurements. Not sure if the current Driver's will fit. I remember my buddy telling me his wouldn't.....

Are you actually going to park your 360 at Ted Makalena and go golfing? ;)

I was always curious whether cars in the parking lot ever get hit by stray balls.

I am fond of Mr Awayas old prkg space at the former Luanna Hills C.C. and the drive to Turtle Bay is nice too, to play the Palmer of course!

I actually haven't gone to Makalena in at least 10 years ... I primarily golf at Honolulu CC, but I still don't take my 430 there. Palmer is nice, but I lose too many balls at Luana Hills!

BTW, I think you need to change your avatar as you're missing 6th gear!

There is a long story about the avatar and I will put together a nice story about it AND change my avatar as soon as I get the 360 home!

As far as F-car parking and public golf there is no better place than The Royal Hawaiian (formerly Luanna Hills) because you can drive down to the lower level of the parking structure and park out of the elements and some of the spaces are very wide. But I am not sure about the slope transitions, I would hate to scrape!

It would be cool to find one of the original ones but for now my carry bag will fit with a 45" driver, but my staff bag is a pig and not an easy fit

I have been browsing through a great little book about the 360 and found this.
(Ferrari 360 Modena, 1999 Automobilia Italy)
Any 360 fans would enjoy this book there are a lot of pictures of the concepts that were presented in the design phase of the cars lifespan. This picture was one topic for this thread!

OK I got around to testing out my vintage Schedoni bag and it fits perfect in the car. The only problem is the cover that encloses the bag isn't tall enough to close with my driver inside! I will need to search for a replacement. Pictures tell the story... There is plenty of room inside the 360 for golf clubs, just like the marketing department said! The trick is to get a smaller bag with an oval shaped opening. I don't think they are making them like that anymore but they shouldn't be too hard to find second hand.

Oh, c'mon! If you have a Ferrari, you don't want or need a "driver." Drive the car yourself; it's much more satisfying than being driven around! Oh, you're talking golf. Well, leave the driver at home. You'll get in more strokes that way. Practice makes perfect! <vbg>
