challenge scadale exhaust

I have a 2002 f360 spider. Can i have the exact same sound quality as a stock 360 challenge stradale exhaust? If so, please tell what i need to buy, please be detail as possible. I am completely new to ferrari, This is my first ferrar and i breath and dream of it almost every second. the previous owner has a fabspeed exhaust but it cause my engine light to come on.

 

The reason you have a CEL is because the Fabspeed headers don't have cats in them. You will need an ECU flash to get rid of the CEL.

 

You can buy a kit from a Ferrari dealer, called "racing exhaust," that replaces you current muffler with the exact one used in the CS. I got a good price from Ryan Brooks at Ferrari of New England. There are several on ebay. However I believe you will need the headers and cats to be stock 360 for it to sound exactly like a CS.

 

How do you know it's fabspeed headers, not cats, or test pipes, or a combo of those?

The optional "Racing style exhaust" for the 360 is what was standard fitment on the Stradale. You can get it from a dealer.

To answer your specific question though, fitting that won't necessarily make your 360 sound exactly the same as a Stradale as the latter had further engine tuning and a different air intake resonator.

430 exhaust fitted to a 360. The 430 box is very similar the Stradale box but louder !!
