I drove from Ojai to Lockwood Valley today on Hwy. 33.

    Great road. Great scenery.

This was my first time. I read that this was one of the best roads in Southern California.

I can't argue. This road is full of twists, canyons, straights, sweeping turns. There's a little of everything. Unlike Mulholland, it's empty.

    Here's some pics.

Cuoio interior seems to fit on any exterior color. My favorite, for sure. Beautiful car indeed!

Your car is absolutely stunning, it is achingly beautiful. What a color combination you have. Enjoy it for many miles.

Did I see you leave F of BH's shop on Monday about 1? If not, I saw one just like it.

    Beautiful!

No. Must have been someone else.

I do have to take the car in for some minor work.

DO you have the split color dash; black on top and cuoio on the lower dash.

I am ordering a Nero Daytona spider and am unsure about the interior spec.

I was thinking black leather and black carpets. But maybe that is too monochrome.

Which seats do you have Standard, Daytona or quilted or sport.

Also do you have black stitching or piping? And which color carpet BLack or Castoro?

    I am a bit tortured.

No split dash. It's solid black. I like the split. I will probably do a split next time.

I have the race seats. They are one of my favorites part of the car.

I have black stitching. No piping. My carpet is black.

What about a gray leather with black stitching? Either way you can't go wrong.

just another example of how the timeless beauty of the Italia design will live on to be talked about and admired for many years to come.
They really nailed it with the 458, thanks for the lovely photo.

Yes I too thought about grey leather! Maybe with black stitching.

Do you have the horse stitched --I guess that is standard with the race seat since they are not embossed with a horse like the standard seats.

I am going around in circles a bit.

I live in Montecito and thus drive on the 33 quite often. It is a beautiful road. I am glad you enjoyed it. Maybe we will see each other there sometime.

Picking exterior / interiors color combo's is no easy feat. I have had a 458 on order since Dec 2012 and still having thoughts on what i picked. Grigio Titanio with Rosso seats and door panels, Grigio scuro stitching on standard seats. 20" diamond finish wheels and carbon fiber rear bumper segment. I have not seen a single picture of a car like this anywhere.

I've got the split and I love it. Best decision I made on the interior.
