I have a 993tt and it is indeed a must have car. This particular one has been for sale at Scottsdale for quite some time. My guess is because they're holding out for their asking price. Looks like a very unmolested example except for the tailpipes are not stock.

I bought mine from Willhoit. Great experience and he has top notch stuff.

Never done business with him personally, but my 928 GTS came from Willhoit, and it's a fantastic car. He gets the best of the best.

Love the 928 GTS. Very underappreciated in its day.

^ thanks... it's a great car. Fun to drive, comfortable, and sounds great. Just happy to see that mint one's are now selling for over $100K. Willhoit sold one last year for $114,500.

Anyhow, sorry for the thread hijack!

Back on topic of 993's, here's another nice one... saw it in person two weeks ago and it was quite a spectacle: http://road-scholars.com/1997-porsche-911-twin-turbo-paint-sample-blood-orange/

I've been salivating over that one, too. Someone should bring that thing to Virginia :)

That color is a deal-killer all by itself... maroonish-reddish... ugh. Wouldn't even look at it.

I love arena red, had a '97 Cab in that color. But I hate that gray interior...gross, and a no go for me.

Scottsdale car pulled off market by owner yesterday.

I agree the grey doesn't do much for the car. IMO Cashmere would be a much better interior color to accent Arena Red.

Arena Red is the very worst 993 color out there. Aventurine Green is second.

Arena Red on cashmere is the kiss of death.........

italiafan, that's a sweet looking 993! Probably my favorite 993 color combo. Heck, probably my favorite Porsche color combo.

I've done this with both 993, and 996's (not to mention a Gallardo) it is not hard though some downsides depending on the way you like to drive.

Perhaps the greatest Turbo Porsche from the greatest era! I was lucky enough to find a Twin Turbo S. It only took me 15 years! And now it finally mine! Mine, mine, mine, all mine. Yes, I am very selfish ;)
