Hi, I hope someone can help. My 360 air conditioning sometimes works fine (icy cold air) and at other times it only blows out warm air. When I say warm, I mean it's way above ambient temperature. The stop button is out and I can hear the compressor kicking in and if I remove the panels in the front boot, the air con pipes are freezing.

The hot air is fine; I can turn up the dial and hot air pours out and gets hotter and hotter until I reach the maximum "Hi" setting. As I turn the dial back down, it gets cooler and cooler but it doesn't drop below an estimated 15-20C even at the "LO" setting.

It's been to an independent Ferrari garage but unfortunately, the air-con decided to work so they couldn't trace the problem.

Has anyone come across this before?

    Many thanks

    Frank

Sounds like the divert-er door under the dash is not closing all the way when you are experiencing warm air flow

Wow that was a fast response. Thanks very much. I thought might be the heater dial playing up or the diverter door (or flap as it was in my head). Is it something I can get to and poke with a stick when it's not working (a bit like hitting a sticky starter motor with a hammer).

    Thanks

you can remove the glove box interior or lay in the car and look under the dash.
