Just saying thank you. Ferrarichat and its members have been a big part of our growth and success. After 22 years in business with many ups and downs we are doing better than ever.
Thanks to all for the love and support.

    No David, you are.
Thank you for always looking out for everyone. I wonder how many actually appreciate what all you do and have done for the Ferrari Club and its members.
My family and I sure do.

    Thank you
    Karl

John, there are a lot of good guys out there. Not sure about your area but I'm glad to see that there are other shops who really care about their clients. There were times when I thought we were the only ones.
I had an employee leave us around Thanksgiving last year. He made really good money at 28 years old. He got an offer of $10.-/hr more. No way I could compete with that plus if someone's not happy you need to let them go.
Last week I received this text from him.

"I know I already asked u about me returning, but I wanted to ask u again. I didn't realize it at the time but u r the best Indy repair shop around I have tried other places but they all do horrible work & lie to people, I'm gettin very tired of these other repair shops. I just wanted to ask again before I go to a dealer. It is very hard for me to say this, but it's the truth. I realize sometimes my emotions get in the way of me thinking clearly & I'm sorry what I said, I can't take it back but I can learn from it. Thanks "

If I had the room I'd take him back but we've outgrown our location and are working on building a new facility 2.5 times the size. May be then.

Anyway, when you find someone you trust, stick with them. Both parties deserve the loyalty. If you don't we are only 260 or so miles away, lol.

If you ever hear of a good shop in the Asheville area please let me know - we are a tracking family and it makes it very difficult without local service

Is TWC (The Winning Collection) an option out your way? I know they used to work on a customer's F40 that we supplied parts for.

Thanks Guys - Tom Coleman is about 1/2 hr from me - called and left him a message - hope it works out - would be great to have a local shop for track support, pre tracking inspection, and general maintenance - we have not been using VIR, Atlanta etc because of no support - just made it too much of a hassle - sending 2 cars to Road America for the 50th Annual meet and need inspection reports not more then 30 days old - this would be great along with the fact that my youngest daughter and son in law are moving to Asheville in 2 weeks - he is a total wrench head - my daughter said she married her future track support for her Lotus
