Please help, i'm confused. I've included the floor panel on passenger side fuse box description from the manual, and taken a picture of the sticker that's on the cover itself. The cover description omits 3 fuses that are included in the manual. One in particular i'm interested in is 31 RH Oxygen Probe.. i'm tracking down p0133 p0139 issue. Question is which description is correct? Mine is 6 speed in the floor, GTS.

I may be missing something here but don't you need to tell us which fuses you actually have ie does your car agree with the plate or the manual or neither

Sorry, my car agrees with the plate, yet the manual lists RH O2 Probe for 31 (which is missing on mine, and also missing on my plate). And, I have RH codes p0133 and p0139 with new o2 probes and working bypass valve, o2 probes tested on bench. So i'm just wondering if I need slot 31 ..

Yes, o2 sensors. And I've checked positions many times. I even unplugged one and saw the correct one go dead in my obdii software. I put 2 new direct fits on the right side and still p0133 p0139 within 50 miles (pending). Replaced with another set that tested fine with torch and same thing within 50. I can't hear or feel any exhaust leaks either. I'm just wondering if I need that fuse since it says RH o2 sensor meaning I assume the heater for the RH o2 sensor. Yet the mismatch between plate and tech manual :(

I think your sensors are fine, given that you have already replaced them.
I also think your fusebox is fine especially if it matches the cover. The information in the manual may cover some other models for other markets that for some reasons need fused supplies.

Having slow signal on O2 sensors, both 1 and 2 of the same bank, means that you have some kind of running condition from an intake leak or exhaust leak. I would suggest you concentrate on looking for exhaust leaks, by pass valve leaks, intake vacuum leaks, and the likes.

And of course, don't rule out broken or bad corroded wires and connectors associated with your o2 sensors at the sensors and at the ECU module.

    Sucks !!!

You are probably looking at the "base" manual. If you don't have the update sections, it won't match yours.

Thanks for the quick help, I feel much better about the fuses .. I just ordered a fog machine for 35 bucks, I feel you could be right I have a leak. I may also try to bypass the o2 plug and just wire it straight (like no plug at all, o2 wires wired to ecu wires).
