    Most will.

    In that they agreed to make tires designed to fail and to develop tires with out adequate development they bear responsibility but the root of the problem is the manipulation of the sport in general.

    One report from Andreas (?) in the German press claimed the deal was done. Nothing else reported elsewhere that I'm aware of.

    I agree, seems they could lay down the law some.... If they want to even deal with it again.
