Works for me, I can attend August 10th. Lets hope for a great forecast!

 

Awwww man! I'm bummed but I understand. I'm going to try and make the 10th.

 

Looks like I'll have to wait a little bit longer, hopefully they'll still be a great turnout!

One quick question though, it's been quite a while since I've been to City Island and I was planning on parking there and watching the cars roll out and then walk over to State Street, do they charge parking on weekends? I've never been too sure since I don't go over there to often.

Sorry to hear you had to reschedule, although sounds like it was a wise move.

I assume you'll be extending the registration period now? I wasn't able to sign up for the 7/20 event as I'm out of the country right now, but should be able to make the 8/10 rain date.

My detail guy has me squeezed in, dropping off the 612 tomorrow. Need to get her back and park her inside the rest of the week...WAH!! Driving three hours is going to get her dirty enough.

 

Okay so reboot here; who's up for meeting in Leesburg or Thurmont, MD on the way to Breakfast ITG? Leaving Leesburg about 06:30, Thurmont 07:00 or so?

 

I might go just to watch the show as it's too late to register... or somebody is looking for co-pilot?

 

You can still register till the day of the show and then you can register the day of the show on site as far as I know.

Anyone else heading out from the Bethlehem, Allentown area and want to caravan out let me know.

 

Bob, I'll convoy up with you guys. Although leaving Leesburg at 6:30 you probably won't make Thurmont by 7:00. It's about a 50 minute drive with no traffic. If you leave Leesburg at 6:30, I'll meet you guys at the commuter lot on Rte340 at Mt. Zion Rd at about 7. From there we can make BITG in York by about 8:30 (allowing for a short stop in Thurmont to pick up the rest of the crowd).
If anyone else from the Frederick, MD area wants to meet up with me, I'll be at the commuter lot just off the Mt. Zion Rd exit on Rt340 just southwest of Frederick, MD at 7:00am. I'll be hard to miss in a black Diablo.

 

I'm planning on meeting up with you guys in Thurmont.

Are we thinking 7:30 there?

 

That's what I'm thinking. We'll probably roll into the Burger King parking lot at about 7:20 and cast off at 7:30 or so. There's also a Sheetz station right across the street if anyone needs to fuel up. It's about an hour and ten minutes to BITG from there, so we should roll into Kevins place at about 8:45. That gives me time for at least 3 breakfasts before we leave for Harrisburg.
