To all. I cut all ties with Gardner. The reasons will become resoundingly clear, soon. Agreements with confidentiality clauses limit what I can discuss.

I looked up the posts by those two, highly suspicious laudatory "posters". In my view it is more accurate to describe them as posts by im-posters. It would be funny were it not so sad.

Chantal is the name of Gardner's ex-wife. That blue Ferrari in the snow sure resembles the one attached below, in the snow. In my view, the imposter is assuming the identity of his ex, for who only knows what reason, and now, again under an assumed identity, comes to this thread in a desperate attempt to smear others after leeching their credibility. There is always a reason for such acts. Just read between the lines, and read the docket.

Hold on a minute ! How rude. We are all watching this 375 story unfold. Some of us know more than others . I saw the stab at Gardner, and I know him, so what’s your problem? There is no conspiracy in me posting twice. I don't have anything to say that has not been said before on the subject and I certainly dont need your approval on when and how often I post. A.M.

 

If you feel offended by anything I've said or has been said by others or if you feel some of us have insinuated you are Mr. Gardner, an easy way to defuse this is to fill out your profile.

Before I ever made my first post.
When I made my first post (which happened to be in this thread) I included bonafides in the text for Mr. Massini and others in the know to verify that I was genuine.

Further, I take issue with your derogatory assessment of Ocean Joe- a registered architect- as a 'gopher' for Mr. Gardner.
What profession are you in that allows you to look down on a licensed professionally trained architect?

What "stab at Gardner" were you replying to? I saw no stabs befgore your post. Same with the out-of-place post next to yours within the same hour prior. Why now? Is someone suddenly in desperate need of a makeover? LOL.

I too object to your use of the term "gopher" which is an odd and out-of-place comment, unless you have an agenda. FYI, not only am I a retired Architect, but I am also a licensed Attorney since 1991, though inactive and non-practicing.

So let's get this thread back on track to the 375. If you must post about Gardner, please start a Gardner Makeover thread or something LOL.

After reading that other posters' reply about filling out the bio, I am inspired to do so though most in this field already know me.

I am quite bonifide, thank you ! I am not Mr. Gardner . I called Ocean a gopher based on case facts. I read the Swater’s Motions of 2011, it’s quite clear who is who and where Ford’s background has gotten him. It’s like that Nigerian banker that started dealing his own deals once inside the bank. Surprised that you’d take issue on the use of one word – gopher. I think it’s the best word to use actually. Seems Ocean has gone rogue now , hence the furry of filings and post by his cub scouts. P.S. My cousin lives next to you, not in Italy. Are you his girlfriend or wife ?

 

It's "Estate of Karl Kleve" vs. Swaters (estate also, at this point) as the Swaters side actually has the (now recreated) car.

The Kleve side holds the hood, some other bits, and the title.
A shame the engine slipped to Swaters as my understanding was Kleve had "first refusal" on that??

I am not sure to whom I am addressing, but I have my suspicions. If you think for a second that you understand what is going on, I say consider your source.

If, as you claim, you read Swaters' Motions, then you are familiar with US v Gardner, 894 F.2d 708 and are familiar with the Sept. 21, 2011 Agreed Restraining Order preventing Gardner from accessing the Ohio Parts to prevent any "cloning" or "counterfeiting." Did you read the Morse affidavit? The Scott affidavit? The Comelli lawsuit? The Varrichio lien? Further, if you read the last few days of the docket, you understand the recent Gardner misrepresentations and the money grab attempted in London. It is like Mark Daniels reincarnate, with a twist, where a lender in breach tries to claim ownership in another jurisdiction (and he is not from Nigeria, he is from Switzerland). FYI, it is well documented in Ohio Court records spanning YEARS that Gardner's contracted role is as a lender, to provide financing through "trial, appeals, and physical recovery" whose money is never at risk as it is secured by the Ohio Parts. Approximately two years ago Gardner defaulted. I put him on formal notice. Approximately one year ago I learned of other Gardner bs that seriously cemented his default as a material breach. Thus the recent Gardner misrepresentations and bs in London, and now his attempted intervention in the Ohio case as if an "owner" now that thing$ are getting real.

Fortunately, my exprience administering $60 mil VA research hospital renovation construction contract in excess of 400 pages for the US Government makes sorting out this present contract matter easy by comparison.

Now back to the purpose of this thread . . .

Ocean Joe. OJ for short has all the wrong connotations. Anyway enough humour.

I have found it refreshing that Joe has been open and forthright with his updates and continuing information regarding the saga of #0384. On the other hand the renumbering of the car as #0394 smacked of subterfuge and spoke volumes about the level of fair play from the oposition camp. Mr. Swaters may have been a great man but what about the games played over the last 20 years, maybe it is his heirs. Now we have the involvement of CG in the process. And of course the current issues with disclosure.

I have read and re-read the last couple of pages over the last 72 hours and each time I read it more questions are asked than answered. I am not suggesting that Joe answer them due to the clause(s) of settlement but if anyone else here is thinking the same way let me know.

1 - I think this case has been settled?
2 - I also have a suspicion that parts have either been released from there storage or have been measured and replicated?
3 - If 2 is incorrect then I suspect that someone (not Ocean Joe) has done a deal to sell the parts to someone else and the London case will be as interesting as this one has been?
4 - I also suspect some involvement by Ferrari Spa?
5 - It is very convenient that someone is posing as his ex - wife thus suggesting she is a troll....

Io leggo spesso Ferrari Chat ed un amico mi aveva avvisato di questa conversazione sulla 0384 e su Mr.Gardner e mi sono sentito in dovere di dire la mia opinione anche se non credo che Mr.Gardner abbia bisogno di una mia lode. Visto che molte persone hanno parlato non bene di lui, mi sono sentito di dire la mia opinione.
Credo comunque che la conversazione deve essere sulla 0384 e non sulle persone anche perchè questo blog nasce con questo scopo.
Ribadisco la mia opinione, conoscendolo dal 1988.
