It looks like you guys had a good time! I'll have to call in sick if work conflicts with the next road trip!
Man, one superleggera is rare enough...but two!?!?!?! You guys are nuts! And a Bizzarini? That's just a kick in the nuts now More pics please!
What a wonderful 50th anniversary celebration. Jack and Stephen were great organizers and should be commended for putting on such a well run event. While the event was really for vintage Lamborghini's, we were welcomed with open arms and treated like old friends. The thrill of driving through the hills with a convoy of Lamborghini's from the 350 GT through two downdraft Countach's, right up to a LP560 is one of those bucket list items most people dream of. The presence of the Bizzarrini took the event to a whole other level. There are few times in ones life when you can look back and say " Wow, did we just do that?" For me, this weekend will be one of those times.
That was a truly fun fun weekend, weather cooperated for the most part. Seeing those classic machines on the road and moving (if you catch my drift) was a sight to see. But for the most part I loved those roads, those wonderful long winding roads that seem to stretch forever with little to no traffic aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhh pure bliss . Like to thank Jack and Steve for making our group feel welcome and for a wonderful event. I would also like to thank our group Darren Allan Cam Clint For making this trip truly a special one, my sides are still hurting from laughing so hard
It was an absolute pleasure to drag that thing along... We've got over 1200 miles on it since we unloaded it at the border. The thing is just a stud...doesn't miss a beat. Bear Tooth twice and today it's doing Going to the Sun Road before we head home to Calgary. A fabulous few days and great to meet some enthusiasts from the province to the east...even if you are Riders fans. We found a bunch of other roads that beg to be driven. Maybe next year... Dale
Take care and have a safe trip back home. Hopefully this will become more than a one time event. The roads are incredible and the Montana people are wonderful.

Guessing its red on beige? Its been 'forsale' for a couple years now. ------- Any one interest in a little cruise sunday afternoon? Fellow Porsche owner from Moose Jaw is said to meet me in town on sunday for a drive
Ed Barry R looked at this car in Saskatoon before he bought the TR. Best to talk to him about why he passed on the car.
I could have bought that car at an auction in calgary. Saw it up close a few times. It was beat and pretty abused. Needed a lot of tlc at the time.
I love silver cars, (Obviously) but for whatever reason it does not look good on the Mclaren, or at least that shade of grey. That car is stunning in orange, red, white, but that color takes away from the car imo.
Couldnt agree more. Im sure on another car it would be sexy, but it just doesnt do justice for that car!
Okay guys. I could use a little help from you all here. Last month my wife Andrea, who some of you have met, took a big chance and quit her telecommuting managerial job with a Toronto company to venture out on her dream of starting her own restaurant. Thankfully we didn't have to pony up the cash for this as some close friends here in Yorkton (SK) had enough faith in her cooking/baking skills to buy a restaurant/coffee shop and ask her to run the place. After we all pitched in with weeks of renos they finally opened 2 weeks ago to rave reviews from customers and even the former 2 sets of owners of the place. We are planning a Grand Opening for Fresh on Fifth (#50 Fifth Ave. N. at Smith St., Yorkton, SK) on Saturday, Sept 14th around noon and want to invite all of you exotic car owners from Winnipeg, Saskatoon, Regina, Weyburn, etc. out for a trip to Yorkton for our first "Cars & Coffee" to help us celebrate and make a big splash for the business if you can make it. Everyone driving an exotic car of some sort will be treated to some free but delicious food and drinks by Fresh on Fifth, for as long as you are willing to stick around town that Saturday or until the food all disappears. We have taken a big risk here with this little venture and would appreciate your help in kicking it off in style. I think you will find the food will be worth the trip. Email me if you think you can make it and I will send you more details when they become available. Glen Kohut [email protected]
Spotted in Regina on Saturday the 17 what i believe was a black Jalpa(?) from a distance in the corner of a motel parking lot. From where i was it looked in very nice shape with what looked like staggered Gotti wheels. Anyone know anything about it?
