+1. This is not the first time they have been irresponsible though. Check the same kid driving Evoque ! [ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jhLIF1TqzJ8]Range Rover Kids Driving from Kerala - YouTube[/ame]
- yours will presumably be a left hand drive ... that means more paperwork & difficult to import ... - import? huge duties ... read the import policy ... - or under carnet? max 180 days allowed ... need bond ...
Have you driven in India before? If not, that's a scary experience in a rickshaw or a Ferrari. I personally wouldn't. I'm scared when I'm driving in AZ and when I see people texting or not paying attention, the stress of driving in India is too great. If you go, just hire a driver for the duration of your stay.
it's easy ash ... close yr eyes and ears to what's around u ... & drive ... others will get out of the way ... quickly ... p.s. get behind the wheel a a LARGE dented suv ... with bull bars up front ...
update of the d*ckhead who allowed his kid to drive his f430 ... about time !!! Nine-year-old drives Ferrari, father booked - The Times of India ALAPPUZHA (KERALA): A man, who uploaded a video of his nine-year-old son driving a Ferrari F 430 on a video sharing website, causing widespread outrage, has been booked. The police booked Mohammed Nisham under the Juvenile Justice Act and Motor Vehicles Act. Nisham, who owns the Ferrari, had shot the video of his son driving the vehicle and uploaded it on 'YouTube', which went viral. Peramangalam police immediately swung into action and summoned Nisham on Friday to explain about allowing his minor son drive the heavy powered Italian vehicle. Nisham was booked under section 23 of the JJ Act for encouraging underage driving and under the MV act for allowing unlicensed child drive the vehicle.
Owner is hardly concerned about it. Typical attitude of how the spoilt rich deal with the law. The owner's Facebook status update::

a pic in todays local papers show more than half a bus underwater in delhi due to the monsoons ... most unlikely that cars like these get driven till the rains are gone ... and at least delhi has the roads - both in width and surface condition ... i just got back from bombay and the condition of the roads were horrendous, to say the least ... severely cratered ... all over the city ...
no one gives a rats ass buddy ... in the last 15 years or so, the deterioration of the infrastructure has been exponential ... uncontrolled explosion in the number of cars on the road coupled with zero planned growth in roads and other infrastructure have resulted in a situation where "going round the corner" takes upwards of an hour ... and it's getting worse every day ... i'm just glad i don't live there anymore ... it's too stressful !!!
I was stuck in traffic for a couple of hours in Bombay traffic , .. And is as bad as Jakarta I would say .. Maybe worse. Bro, in Singapore you got to worry about the LTA/TP's .. Hehe
don't need to dang tp's in ANY Indian city ... it's virtually impossible to reach the speed limit ... let alone go above it ...
Lol.. Yes unless its really early in the morning .. hopefully The traffic situation would get better, imagine an emergency situation .
Ok.. Lets just buy a Tank in India hehee. So no supercars for you there hopefully the authorities get their act and fix the roads. Country needs the infrastructure to develop further . Everyone finds the logistics in India quite tiring ..
i run around in a rental there ... tho a beat up ambassador is a good choice ... the issue is not fixing the roads so much as the corruption that prevents things from being done the right way ...
Yes Bro, the corruption.. All I can say is OMG, .. The red tape to get things done some times ..oh well Rental is good ambassador .. You kidding no Suzuki Maruti or the Tata nano
